Who we help and how we do it
Our clients often struggle with time management and executive function. We integrate neuroplasticity principles into our coaching, understanding that the brain can adapt and change. As a neurodivergent individual myself, with lived experience and a Vagal Nerve Stimulator to regulate my heartbeat and brain waves, I deeply understand these challenges.
